Presently, I am working with clients for six-months to one year periods. I work with individuals on a variety of matters ranging from career and relationships to life goal development. We meet approximately every other week online or in person.

My approach is grounded in various fields such as neuroscience, biology, psychology, health and wellness, movement, somatic therapies, change theory, leadership studies, East/West philosophy, and spirituality.
My approach is also influenced by my personal journey which has included many successes, failures, connections, suffering and gratitude.
One way to explain my style is that I believe we are a “whole” (our mind, heart, body are not separate) and that, because we can’t really express everything at once, this viewpoint helps to frame our work with the “whole”, in parts:
• mind (i.e. concepts and thoughts)
• heart (i.e. emotions and moods)
• bodies (i.e. somatic awareness and muscle memory).
Balancing and developing competencies in these areas in addition to working with our relationships and our physical environments, and depending on the situation, can lead to healing, new possibilities, and actions.
